Certified Welding Inspection (CWI) for aircraft, industrial, and other structures, plus welder qualification testing and WPS/PQR review, to AWS D1.1, D17.1, and other applicable welding codes.

How We Work
We work on-site at your facility or job site as an on-demand extension of your team — for a single inspection, a surge in workload, or ongoing contract support.
Every job follows a written procedure and the acceptance criteria in your governing code, standard, or customer specification, and ends with a written report.
We are an independent consulting and inspection firm. Certifications and accreditations such as AS9100 and NADCAP are held by our clients — we help them earn and keep them.

Lion NDT, Inc. was founded in 2017 in Miami, Florida, and our team brings more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience.
Where does Lion NDT work?
We're based in Miami and serve South Florida directly. We also travel anywhere our services are requested, in the United States and internationally. All work is performed on-site.
Does Lion NDT have its own lab or facility?
No. We work on-site at your facility or job site. When a code calls for laboratory testing, such as bend tests for welder qualification, the samples go to a qualified testing lab.
Is Lion NDT certified or accredited?
Lion NDT is an independent consulting and inspection firm, not an accredited or certified organization. Our team members hold individual qualifications, including AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and NDT personnel certification under ASNT and NAS 410 programs.
