NDT, Welding Inspection & Quality Systems for Marine and Shipyards

We help shipyards, marine fabricators, and marine service companies with weld inspection, nondestructive testing, and quality systems — on-site at your yard or shop, in South Florida and anywhere else by request.

Marine work combines heavy welding, corrosion, and demanding customers. We help you prove weld quality, track wall loss, and build the quality system your customers and auditors expect.

Marine & Shipyards: FAQ

Can you measure corrosion and wall loss?

Yes. Ultrasonic thickness gauging measures remaining thickness from one side, so corrosion and wall loss can be tracked without access to the back surface.

Do you help shipyards with ISO 3834?

Yes. ISO 3834 sets welding quality requirements at three levels — comprehensive, standard, and elementary. We help you choose the right level and build the procedures and records it requires.

Do you work at the shipyard?

Yes. All work is performed on-site at your yard or shop — in South Florida directly, and anywhere else by request.
